The slipper gives better accel but i like the cornering the centre diff gives. No real reason for the replacement servo, i get a little glitch every now and then where the steering will go full lock to one side and not respond, the servo didn't fix the issue but it doesn't occur very often.ġ6t pinion, 54t centre diff. So here we go it started as a slash ultimate. The diff fluids alone i think were all i really needed to get it turning like i want. There are times when i wish it would corner that bit better or have a bit more power but to sacrifice that little bit to have it more durable is fine.īasically i've started off roughly following slaydens setup, but not to a T, i don't have the equipment to measure cambers or any fine tuning like that, and when your bashing i don't think it's that big of a deal. Very little maintenance with great performance. I'm kind of glad i didn't go with a hardcore racing truck like the sc10 4x4, as my slash how it is now will literally run all day, ill go home and blow it off with the air compressor, put the lipo's in storage charge and be done. A few of the stock parts broke, but thats pretty understandable with the punishment i give this thing. There's no local race club or track around here, so we make mock up tracks at mx tracks, bmx tracks or even skate parks. This thing is tough as nails for bashing, which is what i mostly do. I decided to throw up what i have done to it so far. It wasn't moto related, but these guys support alot of riders, so here's my kudos to them. After a bit over 1.5 years over purchasing a Slash from this thread
